Besides the location, size and, of course, the price, buyers are always looking for "clean" documentation. Therefore, we require that our clients provide the following documents:
To sell an apartment or apartments:
– Ownership certificate, proof of the real estate acquisition, legally valid permit for construction and use of the building (if the owner does not have required permits, we can tell you where to obtain them), energy certificate (if the owner does not have an energy certificate at the time of sale, we can tell the owner where to obtain it), a ground plan if possible (it can be obtained later), and a floor plan. We can also verify that a building is registered in the national cadaster.
To sell a house:
– Ownership certificate, proof of the real estate acquisition, legally valid permit for construction and use of the building, an energy certificate, the land registry document, cadaster documents and a ground plan.
To sell office space:
– Ownership certificate, proof of the real estate acquisition, legally valid permit for construction and use of the building, an energy certificate and a ground plan.
Our services to sellers include:
– Photographing the real estate, publishing ads on our website, on-line advertising on several portals and, of course, in the newspapers.
– Organizing a visit to the property with potential buyers and making a connection between buyer and seller.
